Download Videos From Any site

To download videos from sites like youtube.com megavideo.com metacafe.com e.t.c.
All you have to do is follow the following steps:

Step 1: Open Internet Explorer

Step 2: Go to that site

Step 3: Watch the full video

Step 4: Replay it one more time just to make sure that the whole video is buffered into the memory

Step 5: Go to The Desktop and right click on the internet explorer icon

Step 6: Click on Internet properties.

Step 7: In the General tab of the Internet properties dialog box you will find a Temporary internet section click on the setting button of that section

Step 8: Then a setting dialog box will appear Click on the View files button.

Step 9: Then a window with detailed view will open there click on the size tab to find the file with largest size (or just right click on the window and arrange icons by size) the file with the largest size(in mb where most files are in kb ) will be your video file

Step 10: Then just copy that file in the desired location (e.g. desktop) and rename with any desired name and extension .flv

Follow the given steps and you will get any videos from any site you like.

Note: (It won't work if the internet explorer icon is of shortcut one!!!! and it is not applicable for Mozilla Firefox)

For Mozilla Firefox user's follow the steps given below, its simple and easy.

1. Open Mozilla Firefox.

2. Open your website from which you want to download the videos.

3. Play the video once so that it is stored in your buffer memory.

4. Type about:cache in the address bar and then it shows the path to the temp folder.

5. Open run from start menu and past the address and hit enter

6. You will have access to the cache memory folder, arrange the file in the order of size.

7. The file whose size is largest is your video file. Save it in your hardisk or play it.

If want to try something new and through other website then follow the instruction below:

1. Go to Youtube.com
2. Copy the url of the video you want to download
3.Open Keepvid.com
4. Paste the url in the box of the keepvid.com
5. Press download button
6. Then two links will appear in the box below
One of the low quality flv video and other of the high quality mp4 video file
7. Right click on the one that you want and save it as desired name ( video.flv for flv and video.mp4 for the mp4 file ).

I have done it and its very easy for me. You can also try this.
